How to request a refund

Email us at customer@sidekix.health and let us know your order number and that you’d like a refund. We’ll take care of the rest.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

We cannot offer refunds on gift cards.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no hassle. Manage your subscription from your account or contact us at customer@sidekix.health.

Refunds

Once we approve your refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
